BLESSED ARE THE BROKEN

Blessed are the broken,
Those undefiled before the Lord,
As they bow before the Master,
Cleansed only by HIS blood.

Blessed are the broken,
Who will walk with Him in white,
As HE promised all the willing,
Who would die with HIM their right.

Blessed are the broken,
Who give their lives to HIM,
As they walk this pilgrim pathway,
Holding rue to HIM each day.

Blessed are the broken,
Those who count their lives as lost,
They will ever be contented,
When the final bridge is crossed.

Blessed are the broken,
On that day they will be known,
As the holy ones in glory,
Who have won the victors crown.
